Someone asked about my oil lamps that I talked about in a previous post, and I thought that I would just answer them here.
Q 1: What kinds are they? The larger one is an antique Giant, that I got at an antique mall. The other I think came from Wal-Mart.
Q 2: Do they produce good light? These two lamps are the only oil lamps I've ever used, so I can't compare them to an Aladdin for example. Would I want them for everyday use? No. Good for power outage? You bet. I would like to get several more, but I'm still researching what will work best for us.
I just love the soft glow of an old lamp, don't you?
